The father of modern photojournalism, one of the founders of Magnum Photos who marked time in photography by the term "the decisive moment", was Henri Cartier Bresson. He studied music in Paris at the École Fénelon, and also learned oil painting from his uncle Louis. Somehow his approach to art was influenced by reading Dostoevsky, Rimbaud, Nietzsche, Freud, Proust, Hegel and Marx, and his teacher of photography without a camera, a Cubist painter and sculptor, André Lhote.

The Mid career artist, Mehdi Moghimnejad which is one of the most active contemporary artists among those teachers and critics in Iran. He has held exhibitions far and wide. His last one was a selection of the series Verisimilitude which had concurred by the opening of the gallery No.6 in Tehran From 18th until 26th Feb 2010.
